One Identity to a Crowd

How to Play

Bring what you know. Find what connects. Invent what comes next.

Object of the game: Make the connection better. Invent another world from the people, skills, cameras, places, problems, and possibilities already in play.

Inside the box

Playing Pieces

Identity

That is you. Your work, your mess, your skill, your music, your need, your strange idea, and the things only you have seen.

Lane

Your place to do the thing. A kitchen, job, show, repair, invention, camera view, stage, shop, or anything else you can actually move.

The Crowd

Not spectators trapped behind glass. They can watch, answer, help, question, hire, critique, contribute, or bring the missing piece.

!

PING

The call that says, “Look here.” A person can PING a broken pump, a repair, a job need, a ride, a buyer, a camera angle, a lawn, an auto problem, a home task, or a skill that needs to be found. The PING does not command anyone. It shows the need, the place, and the opening so the right people can answer with the tool, contact, truck, fix, service, or help that moves the moment.

WDIG

A one-time-purchase digital tool—a piece of gear—that gives you sovereign, real-time control across all your devices through a P2P mesh, with no subscriptions, no cloud dependency, and a full-power 7-day trial.

Value Cycle

In CyberCrowd, value never leaves the hands of the people who create it. Every action—credit, attention, help, or money—stays in motion inside the crowd that produced it. Nothing is siphoned upward, nothing disappears into a hidden system, and nothing is lost to an algorithmic drain. Value circulates where it was earned, and the crowd that builds it is the crowd that keeps it.

No tiny screwdriver required

Set Up

  1. Enter as yourself. You are already the playing piece.
  2. Open the lane where your thing can happen.
  3. CyberCrowd Positional Visibility Statement
Show the Crowd the view from your position. What you can see is part of the shared map, and the map only exists when everyone contributes their line of sight.
  4. CyberCrowd Space-Making Statement
Leave enough room in your lane for others to enter. Clearing space is how the Crowd expands, and expansion is how play continues.

Every turn begins with a view

Take Your Turn

  1. Look around

    What is happening?
    What is missing?
What does everybody keep walking past?
Show the world what you like!

  2. Open the Lane

Open the lane where your thing can happen. Clear the clutter, widen the angle, give the moment a place to land—then ping your invites.

  3. Make it better

Connect the people, tools, views, and needs in a way that did not exist five minutes ago.

  4. Send a PING

Call the Crowd when the connection needs eyes, hands, questions, courage, noise, silence, job needs, repairs, services, lawn care, auto work, or domestic home services.

  5. Let others build beside it

The next Identity does not have to repeat your move or change what you made. They can answer it, add their own piece, open a side lane, soften the moment, sharpen the connection, or build something nobody planned.

  6. The Crowd

Not spectators trapped behind glass. Anyone who arrives can watch, answer, help, question, hire, critique, contribute, or bring the missing piece. The Crowd is the moment the room wakes up.

Use when ordinary quits working

Wild Cards

Magic Cursor

Magic Cursor lets all your devices act like one thing. You move your hand on one screen, and it can control another without wires, pairing, or setup. It is the everything-connects layer—the part that makes your phone, laptop, TV, tablet, or headset feel like one big surface instead of separate machines. That is it. No magic. No view-changing. Just connection made stupidly simple.

Apogee Wild Card

Play when the ordinary route is dead and the ridiculous route is starting to look intelligent.

Operator Move

Run the lane. Choose the views. Invite the Crowd. Keep the moment moving without owning the people inside it.

adWorm

AdWorm is CyberCrowd’s side-lane system that shows a helpful brand tool or message only when it fits what people are doing in the moment. It works by watching the live scene and opening a small lane where a brand can offer something useful, like a shortcut, resource, or PSA. It serves the audience first, the moment second, and the brand third. Money flows only when a brand’s contribution actually improves the moment. The reason AdWorm exists is to fund CyberCrowd without breaking the experience — a clean way for brands to help a moment instead of hijacking it.
